How to bluff?

Dear Magic Antonio,

How do you bluff?...Sometimes when I bluff the person will call with a normal pair and I will just have a high card and then I ask the person why he or she called with a bad hand and they will say to me because they knew that I was bluffing so I am trying to figure out how to make a good bluff and when I should do it.

Dear No Poker Face,

You have a tell. Maybe it's the way you handle your chips when you're bluffing, or something you say, or maybe the size of your bet, but you're giving something away. Solve this problem with practice. Practice making every bet and raise the same way. It's also a good idea to make your bet the same size whether you're bluffing or you have a real hand. Eventually you'll have them leaning the wrong way and they'll call when they should fold and fold when they should call. Also, remember that it's not so bad to get caught bluffing. Like the gorgeous Annie Duke says, "If you don't get caught with your hand in the cookie jar every now and then, you're not playing right."
