Raising pots preflop

I gotta start by saying i think your the best. The way you raise pots preflop on bushcards is something. Ive tried to structure my game to be like yours. When i first started playing and i didnt win id say "man i didnt catch a winning hand all night" but now, I realize that the way you play and bet portrays the cards your holding. I think the key to this game is picking up pots your not suppost to and makin people pay out the ass when u got somethin. Im a good bluffer, I like to come over the top and put the other guy to a decision which is key. I have been winning lately but I wanted to ask you a question. What seperates players like yourself and players like me? Im only 19 and have a VAST knowledge for the game, know all my odds/outs and i got guts like a mofo. The thing is that I don’t have all the money u rich bastards have (jokes!) but is there anyway that I can make poker into my living?

Sounds like you've got a good grasp of the game. What you don't have is experience. You're only 19, and I don't care how good your poker is, you're not tempered enough yet to play solid and tilt-free poker all the time. Just be patient, dude. Hell, you're not even old enough to play legally yet. By the time you're of age, you'll have that much more experience, and if you've really got game, then the wins and the money will follow. But think twice before you decide to make poker your career. Of every ten that try, nine fail.
I believe that almost everyone can master the techniques of poker, even betting with bushcards and bluffing, but only a few have the gift. Either you got it or you don't. Time will tell, but it will take time so, again, stay patient and stay cool.
